Return Window Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return Sign in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order in question, and follow the return instructions. Alternatively, contact us at maludatech@gmail.com and we'll guide you through the process.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear or opened cosmetics, where applicable) cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are also non-returnable.
